The platform is intended to improve understanding and workflow convenience. It is not a substitute for a hospital, licensed diagnostic centre, emergency service, or medical practitioner.

User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate patient details, contact information, and uploaded documents. Users must not upload unlawful, deceptive, or unrelated material. The patient or authorized user remains responsible for confirming medical decisions with a qualified doctor.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated summaries, translations, or specialty-routing suggestions are for patient education and workflow assistance only. They do not constitute diagnosis, prescription, radiology sign-off, emergency advice, or treatment confirmation.

Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree. A service is treated as paid only after successful order verification on the platform. Failed, cancelled, incomplete, or timed-out payments do not create a valid paid entitlement.

Availability

Features may change, be updated, paused, or withdrawn at any time for maintenance, compliance, or business reasons. Some AI or imaging-analysis capabilities may operate in preview, assisted, routed, or limited-output mode depending on the uploaded format and available runtime.

Limitation

AtmaAI is not liable for treatment decisions, emergency outcomes, report-origin accuracy, third-party network failures, payment-provider outages, or delays caused by incomplete information supplied by the user.
